How we use it
To provide bookings and orders, send confirmations and service messages, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Marketing messages are opt-in.
Sharing
We share the details needed to fulfil a booking or order with that property, and payment data with our payment partners. We do not sell personal data.
Retention and your rights
You can download, correct or request deletion of your data from your account. Records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices) are retained for the legally required period.
